An intelligent nanoparticle unit? |
An "intelligent" nanoparticle unit could imitate a neural network. It
could be a mixture of some nanoparticles N and o:
N o N o N
o N o N o
N o N o N
o N o N o
N:
Particle with relatively changeable properties. (neuron - a cell of the
neural network)
The state of a N-particle fluctuates.
o:
Particle with memory properties. This particle causes that the kind of
connection between N-cells is relatively constant.
According to memory state of this o-particle the state of a N-cell
determines the state of the neighbouring N-cell.
On the other hand, the states of neighbouring N-cells influence the
memory state of the o-particle.
"Evolution"-process:
Global external energy input can rearrange the states of the particles.
Therefore a evolution by external energy control could be possible.
Undesired behavior --> increasing global external energy input
Desired behavior --> decreasing global external energy input
The goal is to create a desired physical, chemical, mechanical or
information-processing behavior of the "intelligent" nanoparticle unit.
Note:
The term "nanoparticle" is here to be understood in a very general
sense. It can also be a specially designed molecule or any special
construct on an atomic or subatomic level
My question:
Are there any ideas to realise such "intelligent" nanoparticle units?
Which materials? Which molecules...?
Here is a text for motivation:

Do you read what you write? What does a neural network simulate?
Uncle Al awards you the Acqiunas Medal for proving your assumptions.
