Would It be possible to build a CO2 laser gun? Like a handgun or a

Sure, they already have industrial CO2 lasers on ebay.
But don't mess with them, they will blind you in less than a heartbeat.
A laser that powerful can splatter on a wall, then bounce off a pipe or
anything else in your field of vision and you are blinded.
