Many functions can be expressed as either a Taylor or
Maclaurin series. If the solution for the first 50 terms
of the series is needed, the problem becomes a task of
finding the 50 roots to a 50th degree polynomial.
At this web site I have perhaps outlined a possible way
to find one of the roots for an 8th degree polynomial.
The process may be easily extrapolated to find roots
for any degree polynomial. If correct, this solution may
be useful in some areas of the sciences.
