To the best of my knowledge there are no free physics texts, at least
none worth reading.
If you cannot go to a local bookstore and purchase a copy of Halliday &
Resnick or Sears & Zemansky, go to eBay. Used copies of both of these
excellent texts are easily avilable, but never for free.
