So we are to accept that Dutchman Jowenko is a professional explosive
demolition expert who had never before heard that building 7 collapsed on

of Dutch descent as well. Is it a joke?
I'm increasingly convinced that this controlled
demolition/conspiracy thing is nothing more than a politically
oriented excrement throwing monkeys contest. The problem is, I
can't tell who started it. One school of though says the
democrats started it, then tried to make it look like the
republicans started it to discredit the democrats. Another way of
looking at it is that the republicans started it with the intent
of placing the blame on the democrats. This pancake has been
flipped too many times to tell which side is the top.

I'd vote for the second law of thermodynamics as the starter.
It is a rich backdrop to plumb for emotion, plenty of energy to
harvest. Very similar hatreds and motivations used to send the
planes into the buildings is being used to construct an attack on
government et al. The evil government that is spreading
corruption into Islam, is the evil government that actually
brought the towers down (for a half-dozen half-baked reasons that
can be fabricated on the spot).
It is simply natural for some to want to degrade the facts into
some sort of hallucination. It is so much more comfortable than
the truth.

planes brought down all the WTC buildings... either directly, or
via spread of fire and debris. The satellite photo record speaks
for what happened to the Pentagon.

seconds (freefall), the owner (Larry Silverstein) admitted on PBS that
he decided to "pull it". That's what the evidence clearly shows.

Larry Silverstein signed a 99-year lease for the World Trade Center
just before the Sept. 11 attacks, and
has been paying the Port Authority about $10 million a month.
($110 million per year.)
Note that a good investor would get at least
400 million per year in interest from 5 billion dollars.
Considering that Jews have a long history of
instigating conflict and war for power and wealth,
and considering that it would be a simple matter for a building manager
to have a few people place a few thousand pounds of anything,
in many places including telephone service rooms, janitorial areas, etc.
it would not take a conspiracy to make sure that WTC came down.
It is also interesting to see that after Silverman
leased the WTC, the Jewish tenants began moving out.
Did he raise their rent to force them out, or what?
American taxpayers, and the citizens of New York,
are paying billions of dollars cleaning up the site and
doing what little planning and building is being done,
and Silverman is sitting on the cash.
First of all, renters, rarely if ever get the right to rebuild
a property at their leisure if it is destroyed, and
any ordinary American would have to put the money in escrow
to insure that the property would be returned to its' original
condition.
And any decent American,
that came on a tragedy-based windfall like this,
would turn over the cash to New York,
and let them get on with the rebuilding.
America and New York should take legal steps to
force Silverman to pay what the taxpayers have been paying
for the cleanup, etc. and to protect the citizens from
Silverman's death, bankruptcy, and all the other things that
can happen to keep the insurance money from restoring
the World Trade Center.
It is interesting to see that original WTC had 12,000,000 square feet,
and that the ***proposed*** buildings will have HALF this space.
And there should be a Congressional investigation
of what was behind the Silverman deal,
and what went on between the time he signed the lease and 911.
You can bet that Silverman and his family and friends
will end up with the cash,
and the citizens of New York
will end up with the hole in the ground,
as the Mayor of New Orleans pointed out.
It is sad that one man can profit enormously from a national tragedy,
and that the citizens of New York and America have to
pay billions of dollars.
