Object: cycles evident in analysis of azimuth of paraconical pendulum (Allais)
Maurice Allais at 91 years of age is still trying to tell the physics
community that they are missing something obvious. Does modern
physical theory predict these cycles in the azimuth of the paraconical
pendulum? (See below)
The following notes were written by Allais, but in French.
His (English translation) website is located here:
http://allais.maurice.free.fr/English/Science.htm
The following was taken from his untranslated notes in French
and translated this evening to draft.
PARACONICAL PENDULUM
"Harmonic analysis of the azimuth of the paraconical pendulum
demonstrate the existence of daily solar-lunar component cycle
of 24h 50mm, and a solar-lunar monthly sidereal component
of 27.322 days corresponding to a marked influence of the
moon, totally inexplicable by the current theoretical framework."
--- Marice Allias (March 2004)
These cycles either exist or they do not.
They are either explained by the current
theory or they are not.
These experiments might be too wearisome for the boys
on the Crackpot Patrol, but are there any decent physicists
out there who have at least had a go at these types of
experiments over a 30 or more day period? Is there any
literature in this field?

Yes, there is plenty, but it is marked "Top Secret", so you will
never get to read it.
