Object: Did that relativistic mass cause gravitation?
I know a bit of the difference between the rest mass and the
relativistic mass, but I am always wonder if the relativistic mass will
cause gravitation just as the rest mass did ?
And I am curious about what cause gravitation actually, I have heared
about the photon haven't the rest mass but still can cause
gravitation. It is make me so wonder.
Any help from you will be great appreciate!
PS:This problem have drive me crazy about 2 months~!
Regard,
Andy.

Yes, relativistic mass gravitates. More generally, the source of
gravity is the stress-energy tensor, of which the relativistic
mass-energy density is one component.

Photons have no ("rest") mass, but they do have energy, so they
gravitate.
