Interestingly the site - Jayati Gosh says that India's
economic boom , now 9.4% growth a year (from low base rates) , is due
to a very high savings rate and not due to foreign investment which in
fact has been negative !! India has been investing more overseas than
it gets.
In fact the growth is entirely due to LOW REAL INTEREST RATES
which allows firms to retain more profits and invest.

What about hot air balloons holding up a very thin aluminium
or similar reflectors over a city during the very hot periods of the
day. Will it cut down air conditioning costs ?

I think you'd do better spending your time going to school. Hot air balloons
are not easy to fly. You may hurt yourself.
