Obviously you do not.

Charcoal is made up of Carbon atoms.
Charcoal is what we put into Charcoal Grills and cook the chicken on.
The Charcoal burns up when we do this.
So, all of your galaxies get burned up if you eat grilled Chicken.

Duh!
Maybe if you stick your finger
in the fire!
I'm talking about the fabric
of your cells.

Charcoal, yes. The nucleus of the carbon atoms are largely unaffected.
(I say "largely" because there's probably a very small interaction
of the nucleus with the electronic cloud, resulting in such things
as electron capture in higher isotopes.)
I should note here of course that a galaxy includes billions, if
not hundreds of billions, of stars (the number of stars in the
Milky Way is estimated to be 100 billion, but is not quite known).
A carbon atom, by contrast, has 6 electrons and that's it, though
one might quibble when there's bonding involved, as the clouds
between carbon and the two oxygen atoms intersect, forming the bond.
The original hypothesis, in other words, is ridiculous.
