Madam,
Regarding the murder of Corporate Prospector Bert Rutherford, the one who
denounced the Multi Billions Dollars Swindle by Newmont / Newcrest and BHP,
a chap pretending calling himself Benwell Manzanie has made a recent claim
on sci.geo.ngs that he had in his possession the diary of the Late Bert
Rutherford !
It is an information worth following indeed, since in it are the proof of
the murder Treats Mr Rutherford received from Newmont Mining Co 's Thugs
for disclosing the Financial Multi-Billions legerdemain.. and could reveal
indeed the way he was murdered by the Newmont / Newcrest & BHP Mining
Criminals !
This information was very much sought for by The late Hon T.D Evans Attorney
General of Western Australia, The One who required a ROYAL INQUIRY into
NEWMONT NEWCREST & BHP ' S CRIMES.
As you very well know, that ROYAL INQUIRY was supported by your ALP party,
then in the opposition and further more SOLEMN PROMISE WAS MADE THAT SUCH
ROYAL INQUIRY INTO THE FINANCIAL AND BLOOD CRIMES OF NEWMONT NEWCREST BHP
would eventuate when your Party would be returned to Power !
On the part of the Hon Julian Grill, former Senior Minister in different ALP
WA Governments and who visited me in La Rochelle a few years back, it was
confirmed to me that NO CLAUSE OF PRESCRIPTION COULD BE OPPOSED TO A ROYAL
INQUIRY ! This was as well indicated to me by Mr Picton-Warlow QC who was my
lawyer at one time in Perth !!!
Considering the importance of that diary and further the fact that I have
been accused publicly by that man and in no uncertain term of the Murder of
his brother Robert Manzanie, I beg you Madam to immediately enforce HER
MAJESTY JUSTICE AND CONVENE AT LONG LAST THE PROMISED ROYAL INQUIRY into
the Newmont / Newcrest & BHP Crimes ... , apprehend that Benwell Manzanie
character with a view to recover the Bert Rutherford Diary and clear me at
the very least of the baseless accusations levelled at me by the Newmont.
Indeed out of the huge Paterson Range show and indeed of the Great Sandy
Desert discoveries, I cleared Not a single Cent from the Mining Criminals
Nor a single Thanks from the WA Political Governments !!!
At the very least then, I consider it important that both the facts
concerning that affair should be rightened, that Bert Rutherford 's body
should be found and transported to a decent burying ground ... and finally
that the memory of one of your dinkum Australian Mining Pioneer should not
be smeared publicly.

I doubt that "wasting their time" is a factor because decades have
passed since JP first tried to get his case heard.
The recent postings on this subject suggest that there's more to the
case than meets the eye. The postings trying to paint him as a "kook"
are starting to make it look as if the opposite just could be true. In
fact, I don't see any kookiness in JPT's postings at all - just a lot of
anger. The unrelenting persistence with which he has pursued this issue
also suggests anger rather than anything else.
If you don't like JPT's postings, I suggest you ignore them (and spare
everyone else from the responses). If you want to respond to them, I
suggest you research the facts and clues that are available and then act
or respond with some intelligence instead of someone trying to paint a
poor picture of someone who is most likely a victim of, at best,
circumstance or at worst...well we won't go into that. The more postings
I see trying to paint JPT as a "kook" the more it tends to confirm the
opposite.
Another response today mentioned falling from a helicopter. Gee, someone
HAS done their research. I'm going to go over those WA parliament
transcripts once again & then for good measure, review the whole Bre-X
case again and then maybe again check out some mineral rights in
Indonesia. On second thoughts, maybe I won't bother. I've already made
up my mind.

you are appealing to reasonableness and sanity. Turcaud has never
demonstrated any natural tendency towards either--patently, quite the
reverse. You must realise that asking him to 'see reason', is just a
red-rag to a bull, don't you? That's precisely what he loves--being
unreasonable and impossibly irritating, for all of the miserable,
