Hello,
As Muslim Society unfolds right before our
very eyes here on the Information Highway,
we bit by bit learn of new things that for
centuries our master, the Jew, has
diabolically locked away from us (thus why
you shouldnot watch Jew-owned tv).
GHEE Recipe
(clarified butter(anhydrous butter fat))
Ingredients:
1 lb. (450 g.) Best grade of unsalted butter.
Also:
Cheese cloth.
Ball jar (canning jar).
Instructions:
Place cold butter in heavy, small, tallish pot,
over moderate heat. Never, at any time, cover
the pot (sauce pan) with a lid
Increase the heat to bring butter to a boil.
When the surface is completely covered with
a foam, stir the butter gently and reduce the
heat to the lowest possible setting.
Simmer butter uncovered and undisturbed for
45 minutes or until the milk solids drop to
the bottom and turn golden brown, and the
hot butterfat on top is transparent.
Pour hot, liquid butterfat through a thick
piece of cheese cloth or linen into warm, Ball
jar and close tightly. Thickness of cheese
cloth has to be a minimum of 4 folds,
however that lets a lot through, so next time i
will try 8 folds.
This recipe makes about 1 =BD cups of ghee.
In the refrigerator ghee can last indefinitely,
however keep it at room temperature and on
the stove where you will be prone to use it, as
at room temperature it will stay usable for
months.
Why ghee instead of all the rest? One
example is: i donot use nonstick pans, and for
the first time in my life i was able to put the
golden crust on my extra-firm tofu that i like
without its sticking to the pan. i use a
mixture of extra, virgin olive oil and ghee.
This works with everything and anything. I
havenot yet tried this for deep-fat frying,
because of the cost, however soon will be
trying it. I now use peanut oil for deep-fat
frying and can hardly wait to see how much
longer the fat will last with the ghee added.
When you use ghee for general frying, you
only need a tiny amount compared to all the
others.
The next time i make ghee, i will make about
ten pounds in my canning pot. Iwill probably
be a nervous wreck before it is all over,
because the canning pot has a thin bottom. If
i donot use it for deep-fat frying, it will
probably last a year, plus through the
hurricane season. The jars i cannot get into
the refrigerator, from which i will be using,
will last for months at room temperature; by
time they are gone, i will beable to free up
my refrigerator space, and use the
refrigerated ghee, so at that point i will make
about five pounds of ghee and refrigerate it.
If 1 pound of ghee can fit into a pint, Ball jar,
then 2 pounds will fit into a quart jar, and
that isnot a lot of space being taken up in the
refrigerator, so we can certainly spare the
space for our ghee and its magic.

just go buy some Ghee at the store, any Indian store has it.
I don't see any Jew-Boys keeping it hidden either!
Vote for Kinky Freedman for Pres, he will put Ghee in every pot.
(However, it is good you acknowledged "the Jew" as your master, Harry. If
you like more Masters, I have the Master Grit located in Georgia, it is
where "grits" come from, they are chipped off the Master Grit, one at a
time)
