I guess
if there is dark matter and if it is particles spread around a galaxy -
stars going through dark matter would scatter dark matter because of
gravity from stars - there would be dark matter flying around people on
the earth - a lot of dark matter would fly away from galaxy
there is a lot of dirt flying through space - the earth scatters a lot
of dirt - gravity from the earth attracts dirt - dirt that flies around
the earth and not hit the earth - orbit of dirt will
change - gravity of earth can change orbit of dirt - the earth scatters
dirt
