I guess
a long time ago I put some information on sci physics or sci astro and
I can not find it
I said some thing like
for a star - gravitational potential energy is binding energy
binding energy is equal to mass deficit
gravity of a star creates a mass deficit for mass that makes up the
star
this is like neutrons and protons making a nucleus and the neutrons and
protons have a mass deficit
there are not any black holes
if binding energy for a black hole is infinite gravitational potential
energy is infinite and mass deficit is infinite but particles do not
have infinite mass
send some particles to a black hole - mass of black hole increases -
gravity increases - when gravity increases mass deficit increases -
when mass deficit increases mass decreases and gravity decreases
mass deficit means mass changes to energy and the energy is equal to
binding energy
there is some energy running around the black hole - photons
photons can get out of a black hole - photon moving away from the black
hole - gravity makes the photon have a decrease of energy - photon
keeps moving at the speed of light as it has a decrease of energy -
photon leaves black hole and most energy has disappeared
if energy could not get out of a black hole - mass changes to photons -
photons can not get out of black hole - photons have energy - energy
creates gravity - photons create gravity for black hole - photons fly
away from black hole but gravity makes photons have a decrease of
energy - energy disappears - if energy disappears gravity disappears
and black hole stops being a black hole
photons can get a certain distance from the center of a black hole -
event horizon but there are not any
mass changes to photons because of binding energy - mass deficit -
photons fly away from the center of black hole toward event horizon -
energy density decreases - black hole depends on mass density and
energy density - energy density decreases and black hole is not a black
hole
