I guess
space can spin and there is not any mass and energy at center of
spinning space
there is a black hole with some mass - mass is spinning - space is
spinning around black hole
I send some anti matter to the black hole
the anti matter destroys the mass that makes up the black hole and
photons are created
the photons fly away - there is not any mass and energy - the black
hole disappears
space is still spinning and it takes time for it to stop - spinning
space hit space that is not spinning - transfer energy and angular
momentum
