Object: Good solid-state textbook?
I've asked before whether anyone could recommend a good, cheap textbook
on solid-state physics.
Well, now I ask for recommendations on a good textbook, and it could be
regular textbook-priced. I'm at Indiana University for a few days, and
I think I'll stop by the college bookstore and see what they have.
