How to make Hotmail and Yahoo almost spam free; linking telephone numbers with email addresses |
My email address is a_plutonium at hotmail dot com . Now I am not
worried at all that someone will place me in their spam mill because
that email box is set to Exclusive with a Contacts List. Any email not
on my contacts list is trashed sight never seen. In other words, I
never get any spam in my email box. The only email that gets through
are from those people on my Contact List.
But is there a way for Hotmail and for Yahoo to be free of spam also?
Where emailboxes set not on Exclusive seldom receive spam?
I think so. Consider this plan.
What if Hotmail and Yahoo required all email going through their
systems be in a form address such as this:
a_plutonium.605-624-7055athotmail.com
So my hotmail address includes both my name and telephone number. Now
Hotmail system and Yahoo system have a worldwide telephone directory
compiled into their computers. And can check or validate each piece of
email going through their system with a person and a phone number. If
the name does not in any way conform with a listed phone number, the
email is trashed at the system site and never passes onto and into
someone's email box.
Such addresses would thus eliminate over 99% of the worlds email spam.
And the spam that manages to get through can easily be filtered out by
the telephone number in the address.
In this manner, companies cannot set up and spew out millions of spam
email because the validation switch will blow a fuse if identical name
and number is flooding the lines.
The companies of Hotmail and Yahoo emailboxes can thus engineer a
method of eliminating spam. By linking name with telephone number and
correlating with telephone directories.
And we can connect the legal legislation of the "DO NOT CALL" list. If
a person with email box has a number on the national do not call list
and spam continues to come through, could take the same action as
telephone violations of the law.
