Kind of like 1-800-DENTIST. You'd think they'd do a search of dentists
for you. Actually, one dentist in an area buys it and s/he is the only
one referred.
Like an old MAD magazine cartoon where the post office lobby has slots
for local, out-of-town, stamped, metered, and so on, and on the other
side of the wall everything funnels into the same box.
Ironic.
