As a result of three U.S. Supreme Court decisions in the 1990s, people who sue
for redress from injury are now less likely to have scientific or medical
evidence concerning that injury reach a jury.

Why should men/women of low intelligence wearing frilly clothing think
they have the right to pass judgement on their fellow Homo Sapiens
members?
From a book these people get all excited about: "Judge not, and ye
shall not be judged." (Refer to Cheech and Chong's first album - the
Harwinkle case.)
