An index, like a table of contents and a summary, is a changing thing.
Here's where we are today.
M1 (inertia) subtypes: chiral-quark-soliton,
Thirring/Nambu-Jona-Lasinio, inertia
M2 (energy) subtypes: Weyl anomaly, renormalization, electron/lepton,
electromagnetic (see F1-F3), energy
M3 (curvature) subtypes: CFT (conformal field theory), geometry,
curvature
T1 (duration) subtypes: relationships with M1-M3, reversibility,
irreversibility, direction, time
T2 (causation) subtypes: probable causation/influence (PI), knowledge
or semantic information, logic, causation
T3 (transfer of causation) subtypes: syntactic information,
relationships with T1-T2, transfer of causation
L1-L3 (length or spatial dimensions) subtypes: mechanics, gauge and
gauge QFT, similarity, similitude, length or space
F1-F2 (force) subtypes: Newtonian, Coulomb, nuclear, fields including
gravitation, coupling constants, force

Under each category/type the subtypes or subcategories should include
"generalizations" such as for example my generalization of Newtonian
force in form F = km1m2/(r^2 T1T2).
