I don't think it is really effort. It is just a CONSPIRACY to make
them LOOK they have expended a lot of effort. Even though it is a
closely held secret, I know because the aliens told me when I wasn't

They also taught you logic. Since one can produce one example of a
government official lying, "therefore" all government officials lie
all the time.
How do you sort out when several officials say one thing, and other
say something else? Which one is the "government" (aka "wrong")
position?
So, is a man an "expert" who can't calculate the force of an explosion
to within an ORDER of magnitude, when he is a general?

Partin "calculated" the force on one pillar to be 500 pounds, whereas
the "government" calculated 5,000 pounds. A re-enactment on
"Conspiracy Test" showed that the actual force was about 5,500 pounds.
In other words, "military explosives expert" General Partin was off by
AN ORDER OF MAGNITUDE. Of course, he has no shame, that he stole
America's money for his training, when he doesn't know jack ***** about
what he claims to be an expert on.
