It seems every kind on weapon has to do with some sort of explosion
impact or concussion.( excluding chem & bio). Bullets, shrapnel and just
the air slamming into you are the norm. Is there anything in physics
that would hint at a possibility of some type of "oject" that could
implode, drawing in anything "close" to it?

Propaganda, sabotage, subversion, spying... You already don't have an
argument. A weapon does not only affect /_\H, a weapon affects /_\G.
