Now it says Richard Felix is off the team. Bummer. However,
I must say that I enjoyed last night's (Friday, October 27) ~
episode 'Mains Hall, Blackpool (2006)'. It's the first time
I've seen David Wells in the spotlight without Derek Acorah
overshadowing his prolific psychic ability. Clearly, David
Wells is a Uranian sojourn, but I was unable to locate his
birth data anywhere on-line (odd, since he is an astrologer ` `
of sorts; cf. Derek Acorah who is a Moon sojourn). I liked
Gordon Smith's contribution (first time I've seen him in a
regular show), and Ciaran O'Keeffe was obviously elated by
the conspicuous absence of the sometimes overbearing Derek
Acorah, telling Wells how "very impressive" his reading of `
the "elisabethan windows" (on the blank adjacent wall) was.

But it was a very good episode. I look forward to watching `
the newer incarnations of television's best 'Most Haunted'
series (I DVR-to-DVD all serious haunting/psychic detective `~
series, like 'Sensing Murder' on Discovery [Dish Net 182]!).

As with every year, I will be conducting a midnight seance -
this All Hallow's Evening. Every faithful, devout believer,
every psychic, spiritual medium, clairvoyant, clairaudient,
clairsentient, etc., should hold seances several times per
year. At my home here in the mountains of central Colorado, +
we have a rather benign poltergeist (mischievous ghost) in
visitation. She likes to tilt our many hanging pictures on `
the walls, turns items upside down, moves them around, and
she occasionally plays a little golden celeste if you know ` |
what I mean. It got worse when she started ringing our our
doorbell in the middle of the night. That was unacceptable,
so I asked her to please, cease and desist from doing that `
already! She did, but she still makes her playful presence
known. (The "Monk" OCD-character brilliantly porytrayed by
Tony Shaloub on USA, would go stark raving bonkers trying =
to keep all the framed pictures straight in our house!) :)

UPDATE: At least here in America, during commercial breaks ``
between 'Most Haunted' reruns last evening (Friday October
27) on The Travel Channel, familiar video clips of psychic- '
extraordinaire Derek Acorah dominated the adverts for the
upcoming three-day 'Most Haunted LIVE!' Halloween special, `
which airs on LIVINGtv in the UK. While David Wells, et al, ` _
is certainly a gifted psychic who's well-earned everyone's
great respect, the show just isn't the same without super-
star Derek on the most haunted premises, adding to the mix. ` ~
I guess it's not much different than when popular bands of
talented musicians broke up or spun off to embark on their `
almost never-as-successful solo careers. Take The Beatles,
as historical pop-culture's most notable example. There is `
a certain magic, a chemistry, of having the right bunch of
fellows in a group, whatever Magic they may be performing.
Once they go their separate ways, the Magic is attenuated __
to some degree...like they say, "There is no 'I' in Team".

guest appearance for this year's Most Haunted All Hallows
Even, three-day series of paranormal investigations (just `
as it would be great if 'Derek Acorah's Ghost Towns' were

it is good to remember what Halloween, All Saints Evening,
actually is, and why it is devoutly observed by the truly
religious, the most vigilant, meekest & humblest among us.

Keeping in mind the synodic phases of the Moon in reference
to the Roman (Gregorian) calendar months, and to the twelve
more chronologically-equal months of the tropical year, i.e. (
the twelve zodiacal months Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, etc. `~
(whose quadrants are divided at the equinoxes and solstices),
segue to a "refresher course" regarding Ghosts and Halloween... ~`
*TRUTH* being "scarier than fiction", the month of October is |
so-named because it was originally designed to be the eighth
month of the Roman calendar year; hence Sept-ember, Oct-ober,
Nov-ember, Dec-ember, etc. The second, third or fourth week %
of each month was calculated years in advance to overlap into
the zodiacal month of the same *rulership*. To wit, nowadays, @@
the fourth week of October begins the zodiac month of Scorpio,
the tropical month of the "sting" of Death or "change", as to $
change the focus of one's experience from this temporal World
when surrendering this mortal, temporal part of our otherwise
immortal and ever-developing soul body or "spirit person" at, +
from, the moment of our clinical / biological death; thus to
sojourn in the nine Heavenly & Hellish realms most befitting ~
soul's needs: i.e. each according to his works of good & evil.
Some departed souls, the troubled ones, don't want to leave, ---
and so get caught in Limbo. These are grounded, "earthbound"
spirit-people. Many of these entities, especially the really "
bad ones, "negative souls", they were exceedingly hateful and
violent in life, i.e. monstrously inhumane; hence, they tend &
to appear, sound, smell, behave, etc. inhuman in death. These
are often called "demonic" or "inhuman" spirits. And so they 1
are indeed inhuman and demonic: evildoers to the Nth degree!
Their victims may want to stick around in Limbo, too, if they
can't find it in their heart to forgive the evil perpetrators. l

And there are, naturally, the familiar souls of other higher ``
vertebrates, such as beloved pets, and creatures of the many
environments, who are also, obviously, not human. But neither
are they willfully, knowingly, inhumane. Only man can do that. ]
But the majority of sinners more human than not in life, they i
tend to enter The Light immediately or soon after the demise
of their former all-too-mortal incarnation (having been born
in sin, of course). Even those nasty discarnate devils caught w
in Limbo must sooner or later enter The Light: where Judgment ;
sometimes patiently--sometimes impatiently--awaits! Evildoers
fear The Light, fearing the perfect Judgment of God. Once in ;)
The Light, souls participate in Purgatory, that place in time
for each eternal soul's purging, or partaking, of their recent
past life experiences, remembering every thought, word and deed
from cradle to grave, thus integrating past life experiences in :)
their eternal psyche. It is there that souls prepare for their :-D
next earthly incarnation -- more or less picking up where they
left off, "reaping & sowing", ad infinitum. You know the drill. s S
This is why ghosts in visitation can be discarnate in Purgatory,
else presently incarnate in the physical body. Most experienced
psychic mediums understand this, albeit each according to their P
own limitations of general semantics, etc. And that's just fine.
Because God the Creator loves every one of His infinite number D
of souls in His Infinite and Eternal Universe, thus every soul B
bar none has the eternal, deathless spark of His Light within: T
no matter how sinful that soul has been. The immortal soul of G
every sinner from Judas Iscariot to St. John the divine must R
work out his or her karma, i.e. reaping and sowing, in their P
inextricably relative time in space, or space in time, to wit. K

So, when we celebrate All Hallows Eve, remember that all saints M
and sinners alike are inherently hallowed by God, whether they S
be temporarily discarnate or yet incarnate in the flesh. Every
soul will eventually succeed. And that of course is a hard pill ``
to swallow for vindictive sinners who can't accept that all men,
even all immortal human souls, are Created equal by our Creator; `````
mortal man who is temporal, and his eternal soul who is eternal. `` `
So, All Hallows Eve is, as is every day, a good day to remember ~ ~
and honor our fathers and our mothers that our days be long and
prosperous upon the Earth: i.e. to honor and remember our lives
as ancestors to the third and fourth generation, and far beyond i
them. It is a dignified observance, worthy of honor and respect
from the honorable and respectful. But if not, then you are not. l
So, now that we know who "All Hallows Eve" honors, consider why
October 31st is its traditional date of observance in the Roman
calendar, and what it means to God-fearing humans everywhere... e
All Hallows Eve marks the end of the Roman Calendar October (the
eighth month, Death) entering the month of the Spirit, the ninth o
month beginning at sundown October 31st, which, in ancient times,
was counted as November 1st, which in turn overlaps the tropical- x
zodiacal month of Sagittarius: the month ruled by the feminine or z
evening aspect of Jupiter, who the Romans called Juno (Gk. Hera). w
That's why Juno, Junius, June, eventually named the fourth month, `
because Jupiter exalts--is happiest--all during the fourth month
of June which overlaps the tropical zodiac month of Cancer. This
can be especially confusing to modern tropical astrologers, but ``
the ancients understood these distinctions perfectly well, owing
to the paramount importance of both the Sun & Moon for computing
calendar months, which were observed vigilantly and religiously. ``
That's why "Halloween", the first evening hours following the end
of the eighth month, entering the ninth month, is, and has long- ` ` ~
since (forever) been, associated with Spirit activity across the
long centuries & millennia of associations with death's finality,
more at interpretation of physical death, which in calendric time %
is religiously observed at the end of the tropical month Scorpio % -
beginning the month of Spirit, the Archer of Fortune, Sagittarius.
All Roman calendar months, with the lone exception of February $$
(month of the "infernal gods", time for consulting the oracles
regarding the forecast for wars, crops, kings, etc.), assured at )
least one Full Moon by or before the thirtieth day thereof, each
month being thirty or thirty-one days except February. This was
for the religious (the Gods of heaven being devoutly worshipped ``
and honored in ancient times--*unlike* today). Occasionally, a
"Blue Moon", the infrequent second Full Moon of the month, would ___
illuminate the night sky, sometimes coinciding with All Hallows
Eve. Notably, the first Full Moon after the Harvest Moon (around
the autumnal equinox) was called the "Hunter's Moon" in honor of
Orion, who the Olympian God(dess) Diana (Gk. Artemis, the Moon) D
loves but accidentally kills. Note the consistent mythological
contrast of mortal, temporal Death, to immortal, eternal Spirit. AE
So the orthodox belief that the Roman calendar ignores the Moon i
completely is actually false. Because, apart from February, its
calendar months are slightly longer than the ~29.53 solar days
per lunation, thereby encompassing each complete synodic lunar s
cycle eleven months out of the year. The calendar is merely not
dependent on specific lunar phases (new moon, molad, etc.) for
its tropical-year dependent calculation. So you see, the Roman R
calendar was designed to accommodate and observe synodic phases
of the Moon, but _never_ to ignore them. That's the difference.
This year, the Hunter's Moon falls on Sunday November 5th, just
five days after Halloween, meaning the Moon will be waxing near
three-quarters full around midnight November 1st 2006. The kids ` `
go trick or treating earlier that evening, while grown-ups pass
out the candy. Later, only the faithful should conduct seances.

or "peak", of interaction of mortals with immortals, with Death
and Spirit, is as ancient as Father Time eternal, i.e., Him who P K
has no Universal beginning and no Universal ending, the Almighty
in whose likeness and image our eternal immortal souls, even our
first (eternal immortal) physical bodies, are eternally Created. T
One caveat, however, the various "Fundies" who mock or otherwise b
fear or disrespect Halloween as a devoutly religious observance,
they do so at their own peril, and *much* to their own detriment. S
