Look at Bill Gates... |
Hi Steve_Travis ( and Peter_Jensen ), Re: My definition of happiness,
You told Petie: <<
I've never and I mean NEVER met someone with such limited goals
as to not own a car or a house. If that is an actual goal in Jeff's life,
I can only assume that he likes setting his sights low,
so that he doesn't dissapoint himself. >>
You and me Steve, we're both prisoners, slaves, controlled by an unknown fate.
But, and here's the difference between you and me, I know it, and you don't.
While control is goal... it remains forever a distant mirage.
Like stars, we burn bright, dissipating into the night.
Look at Bill Gates... he's slowing dying and none of his billions can save him.
In many ways, I'm better off than he is.

Bill ain't sick . Horses come an go .
You dont bury the rider withe horse.
40 billion gave away 20 billion.
saved 350 million lives.
saved 350 million lives is more historic than 40 billion bucks and MS
put together.
350 million people would be dead.
all else aside ,,MS changed the world.
But 350 million people are alive that would be dead.
Bill will live to 104 bet on it.

I gave another guy ten bucks for a DVD.
I gave someone else 5 bucks to draw me a color picture of Darth Sidious.

Without at all consulting me,
Washington state and the U.S. Congress decided that
low-income people could get food assistance.
It was those same people, again, without consulting with me,
that decided to give free rent, cash, extensive medical care,
food, cheese, etc., etc. to any and all teenagers who want to get pregnant.
