Dear Carole,
Thank you for being so exceptionally intelligent and aware, in a world lead
by the mob rule and the weight of consensus.
I hope to have the possibility to transmit through your media, and through
Dr Findlay my amazing discoveries in different fields, far reaching beyond
the mundane knowledge of Mining Prospecting for hidden Deposits !
The letter to Dr Findlay from Premier Gallop and dealing with the 250
Billions Telfer Mine Swindle, demonstrates unquestionably the continuity of
the Collusion between the Mining & Financial Criminals Interests and the
Western Australia and Federal Political Institutions openly supporting both
the Financial & Blood Crimes. That letter Gallop wrote is in fact the exact
copy of the one written first by Premier Richard Court in a reply to me. It
is also the exact copy of the letter written by Premier Carmen Lawrence to
me as well.. The Conspiracy of Interest is then formally established as well
as the parallel Coalition of Silence from ALL Australian Medias.
Further as well, what is present in Gallop letter is not as important as
what is absent :

1) to Australian Prospectors Union ' President Bob Sheppard, author book
"THE GOLDEN RULE " , written after 4 years of research and interview of
hundred of people and consultation of thousand of documents !
The whole owned subsidiaries of BORAL, Narla and Day Dawn hush up files
were part of the scrutiny, and particularly at that the 1972 Annual Report
of Narla establishing the fact that 800,000 $ had been spent to prove the
main Telfer Mine gossans ( honeycomb structures & most important tell tale
indicators of the weathered out crystals ) , the result as indicated in the
fraudulent Annual Report was disappointing, and the BORAL subsidiary as a
result was folding up. What happened then, and revealed indeed by Narla
Corporate prospector Father Bert Rutherford ( murdered by Newmont
afterwards ) is that the 40 proven claims were passed on to Newmont for the
huge amount of 15,000 $ The Directors of Narla & Day Dawn ( some Sir & CBE
of Sydney ) had further the front to affirm they were lucky to recut a bit
of their losses. Both companies were then folded by the BORAL Criminals,
fleecing then the Narla & Day Dawn shareholders of Billions of $ .
The Newmont / Newcrest Mining Criminals had a need of those 2 smoke screen
companies since I had brought the 2400 km² Show to their attention as well
as to the attention of Anglo and Western Mining Corporation in 1970 & 1971.
( the Anglo party I lead to the Great Sandy Desert was 10 geologists &
Mining Prospectors strong while the WMC party was smaller ) Unknown to me,
the 3 comperes were in a Kalgoorlie joint venture and shared the bounty
behind my back, hence those 2 smoke screen companies were need to swindle
Mining Prospector Turcaud, and while at it, after Newmont took hold of BORAL
40 claims & later about a dozen 100 square miles Reserves at the cost of a
mere 12 M$, WMC went on to peg Nifty Copper Mine which they had refused in
the first place.

Financial Crimes is as easy to find now as a white Rhino... and I believe it
is not included in the "GOLDEN RULE" ( which I have never opened ) but I

demanding a ROYAL INQUIRY into Newmont etc Telfer Mine Financial Crimes.

Further the Solemn Promise of a Royal Inquiry was made by the Hon Evans with
the full backing of the ALP ... the very party of Gallop & previous to that,
to Dowding & Lawrence. Further still, there is No Prescription or Statute
of Limitation to a ROYAL INQUIRY and Gallop of course knows this, as well as
he knows of the Solemn Promise of the ALP for a Royal Commission into
Newmont Crimes !
Attorney General Evans was murdered later by the Mining Criminals by the
same method they used on me ....a very efficient psychological method which
nearly worked recently thanks to Gallop & Howard !
3) to the facts that none of the fraudulent Discoverers whom Newmont /
Newcrest & BORAL generated out of its midst : Tyrwhitt finding Telfer Mine
from the air and landing near by in the desert , Thompson finding it on
Hunch while looking at the Great Sandy Desert sheets ( made from aerial
photos since no geo map at the time ) , and of all the 7 pretentious Frauds
none remains now to be shown by the Mining Criminals. You must note that in
Gallop 's letter none is mentioned and if they had really any, those
Political Criminals they would have said so ! Wouldn't they ??? So in fact
Gallop, Howard and their friends, all the Great Sandy Desert Mining
Criminals we know, have no Official Discoverer and they are so Gutless &

Farmers will gather in the NSW town of Parkes today to discuss the
drought.
DROUGHT SUMMIT TO HIGHLIGHT FARMERS' WOES
More than 1,200 people are expected to attend a drought summit today in
Parkes in central west New South Wales.
The gathering has been organised by the NSW Farmers Association.
The association says it wants to make key decision makers aware of the
situation facing communities, some of which are now in a fourth,
consecutive
year of drought.
Ideas brought forward at the summit will be presented to the state and
federal primary industries ministers who will be there today.
Association president Mal Peters has called on banks and politicians to
get
behind drought-stricken rural communities and farmers.
Mr Peters says while the banking sector is saying all the right things
publicly, some farmers who are struggling financially say they are being
cut
loose.
"We need to make sure that the Government is supporting that call to the
banking sector to make sure that they continue [support]," he said.
"Additionally we want governments to look at some more flexible methods
of
assisting those farmers that have been through those three to four year
drought periods."
The former Victorian premier and chairman of beyondblue, Jeff Kennett,
will
also address farmers about strategies to help manage the human side of
drought.
NSW Primary Industries Minister Ian Macdonald says he wants to indicate
at
the summit today that the farming community has the Government's
continuing
support.
"With 87 per cent of the state in drought and only 4 per cent
satisfactory
and we are right in the sowing season for winter crops the situation is
quite critical," he said.
"The Government has spent over $150 million on this drought so far and
will
continue with programs until the rains come."
Federal Agriculture Minister Warren Truss says the Government is prepared
to
listen to concerns raised at today's meeting.
"We stand ready to support farmers, we'll provide whatever financial
support
that is necessary to meet the requirement of farmers under the
Exceptional
Circumstances arrangements," he said.
"We've been talking now for some time to try and implement a more
streamlined and effective drought assistance system."

Don't take the heckling of these idots too seriously.
Your influence in Australia is needed for more than rainmaking - that is,
to
demonstrate the basic concepts of moral justice and manners. Maybe you're
right about Australian culture built on convict stock - in that case I'm
glad my grandparents came out as settlers and not convicts so that its not
so ingrained.
Yes, it is highly likely and quite probable you were tricked by the mining
companies - although I'm still trying to work the details out, reading the
book etc. Its not an easy issue but you seem to have a case. I don't
believe
your claim should be put aside because so much time has passed or it is
too
hard to work out.
Letter from premier to Don Findlay as a final word on the matter is a cop
out. This culture of expediency over moral justice has to change. ( Don
has
done a good job with his website and supporting you on the matter.)
We have come to accept the role of these big transnational companies but
it
seems their pathological code of morals is at odds with the interests of a
society.

Joe Vialls. It would do Australians well to take your case to heart and

some time to sort out the issues.
Your claims about being able to treat cancer and other disease is not so
difficult to believe. Royal Rife discovered the electromagnetic frequency
of
many diseases somewhere around 50 years ago yet it has been suppressed (
like many other inventions that would help society ). All it took to cure
diseases was to zap the body with some otherwise harmless vibration and
the
disease would be knocked out. But Rife was ridiculed and ostracised and
his
work and equipment confiscated and destroyed. In other words the

was suppressed in favour of big pharma's business disease, a very
lucrative
