I was wondering - is it possible to microwave popcorn using a WiFi
antenna?

you would have better luck stuffing them in an electrical socket.

Tastes better if you spit-roast.

Sure, if you feed it enough power and the antenna can handle that
much power.
If you meant with a WiFi source feeding the antenna, no.
WiFi is fractions of a watt, microwave ovens put out around 500 to
700 watts.

I have seen (IIRC) 30W WiFi amps.
This should be plenty to pop one corn, if properly delivered :)

Depends. How many watts did you want to feed into the antenna? :-)
A typical Microwave oven runs from 700 to 1200 W, if I'm not mistaken.
If one assumes 2 minutes to boil one cup (0.237 liter) of 20 degree C
water, then that translates into about 18.96 kcal or 79,000 J over
that 2 minutes, or 660 W.
In my case, however, I have a larger cup. :-)
