Object: Mobil phone company O2 sues company for using 'O2' to refer to oxygen!!
This article is in German,
http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/57564
but the short translation is:
The mobil phone company named 'O2' sues
medical equipment mnanufacturer Weinmann GmbH + Co.KGm, in Germany,
because it sells equipment named 'Venti-O2' and 'TOTAL O2' these are
oxygen generators for people with breathing problems at home.
The 'O2' company refuses to settle.
Fear is now that using 'O2' for oxygen will no longer be allowed.
Recently an other mobile phone company 'Orange', sued an airline
for using the color orange, and as we all know, Intel sues websites
that have the word 'inside' in them,.
I SINCERLY hope IRAN N. KOREA RUSSIA FRANCE and any other nuclear
power flattens the US so we finally get rid of the lawyer species that
has evolved there, and the crazy notion that you can 'patent' or 'own' words.
PLEASE nuke these guys PLEASE NOW NOW NOW.
Before it is too late.
I hereby patent the words nuke, please, now, and asap.

Utter nonsense.

Recently an other mobile phone company 'Orange', sued an airline
for using the color orange, and as we all know, Intel sues websites

No, we don't "all know" that bit of nonsense.

What does the US have to do with a German lawsuit?
Do you know the difference between a patent, a copyright, and a trademark?

Maybe yiou should learn german, you are going to need it as they will
soon own your place (buy US for 1 Euro sent).
And learning more then your own home dialect is good for your general

Actually I was fluent in German many years ago.
However, since the talent was useless to me other than to converse with
the Luffwaffe Sargent I used to fence with, I have since forgotten it
all, as well as my Latin, Russian and Korean.
BTW, today's financial section says the dollar is up compared to the Euro,
but I didn't know the Euro was controlled by Germany.

Germany is main exporter in Europe, and Germany's export is bigger then that
of the US now I think (anyways EU's is).
Given the US trade deficit, and the trend of the USD over the last year, I
am sure you can make a little graph and extend that line to where it crosses
zero.
It will be even more fun once the oil producing countries ask gold or Euros
for the oil.
US will have to find buyers for the current debt, and buyers want return
more then when they have their stuff in the bank.
How are you going to do it?
No way!
So then, in fact, by EU exporting, US is slowly changing ownership to Europe
and China.
But even the Chinese (they are clever) will not keep buying your debt.
Nixon disconnected dollar and gold.... And since that day, on average, dollar
has been decreasing.
If it goes NEGATIVE...... ;-)
US can keep printing paper... But who will accept it?
You will be without oil -> without energy -> without industry -> without
export -> without money -> without oil -> full loop.
Looks like MS windows and war is you only export product left...
So from this follows (as Linux overruns MS windows), that US will have to
make global war .. a bet that will fail.
There are too many other countries that will join together now due to US
politics.
Heres your future boy!

Yes.
For better or worse, the future lies with China.
It rather looks as if the days of the USA are numbered

And business concerns. They are, I am told, investing heavily in US

Last time I checked, Europe was concidered part of the Western world.

Europe will have the luxury of borrowing against its own currency and

empirically the chosen strategy for almost all of histories

Europe is drowning in social welfare programs, many of which are because
of Eastern Europe, Russia has too many problems to count, and South America
has to undo hundreds of years of mordida tradition before it can amount
to anything economically.

China will be the rising economic star for decades to come until they
too are beset by the same problems as the US and Europe and the playing
field goes flat.

One rather obvious problem China will be running into, within 30 years
or so, will be skewed demographics, with diminishing number of
productive people supporting a growing population of retirees. This
is already a problem in the US and a worse problem in Europe, but, due
to the "one child policy" the situation in China will be worse yet
(unless the policy changes early enough, of course).

One child policy also causes many Chinese to liquidate female offspring

military capability. One child policy will likely cause major but
recoverable Sino recession, but not before major immediate economic and
geo-political expansion.

Well, it is not that simple. Male surplus population can (and often
did, in the past) serve as expendable military capacity, but that's
rather in societies with high birthrate. Losing 2-3 children out of
8-10 is easier to accept than 1 out of 1. So I don't see that much
support, in the Chinese population, for "expending" said surplus.

One child policy will likely cause major but recoverable Sino recession,

Probably.

but not before major immediate economic and geo-political expansion.

Well, the traditional problem of China, as far as physical expansion
is considered, was "expansion into what?" Most territories China
borders one are either of low value or already very densely populated.
Of course nations have been known, historically, to embark on
conquests for psychological rather than strategic or economical
reasons (what is the value of Tibet for China?), so this may happen
again. Still, I do (perhaps optimistically) think that we'll see more
of an economic than physical expansion.

China is switching phasing Boeing out,
because Bush made Boeing put many bugs in the
jet they made to fly the Chinese leaders around in,
and of course, because of Bush's heavy handed style.
Word to the wise,
Sell your Boeing stock,
as many nations are phasing out Boeing,
and other high tech American companies.

China is an economic threat to a lot of places, not just the US.

Factories in Mexico are failing because they can't compete with China's
cheap labor, for example.

China uses the dollars to buy stuff they aren't set up to produce like
Boeing airplanes, coal (no infrastructure) and oil.

China is switching phasing Boeing out,

Based on reports from the aviation media, this is totally false.
Chinese purchases of US aircraft are increasing as China attempts to
build infrastructure.

because Bush made Boeing put many bugs in the
jet they made to fly the Chinese leaders around in,

Utter nonsense.

My understanding is that China is in fact winning the race for buying
up the USA, since the latter is importing much more from the former
than vice versa, leaving China with a lot of dollars which are pretty
useless except for buying pieces of the cake in the USA.

80% of the worlds daily savings ($2.6 billion) finance the US current
account deficit through useless junk bonds which the US will never pay
back unless rampant inflation is implemented. When Gates + Buffet +
Soros are all massively shorting the dollar (at a profit), for a
reason. Remarkably, most people in the US are completely unaware of how
tantalizingly close economic armageddon really is. It just will take
one bad news story to trigger it all - like OPEC oil in euro's for
example. The US stockmarket turns over most of its outstanding shares
every month now which is a good indicator of long-term investor
sentiment) or complete lack thereof. US Policy makers dismiss economic
environment with naive beliefs that debt/gdp ratio's were worse in the
40's and 50's and thus current status quo is manageable and sustainable
without realizing fundamental causes are totally different. A cursory
look at gold pretty much gives this all away.

It seems to me that "On a sunny day" has it exactly right.
Before Bush took office,
America had the world by the *****.
Almost all the peoples of the world
respected, trusted, admired and emulated America,
but with his bullying and lying,
Bush has turn almost all the peoples on Earth
against America, and they are forming new trade and military alliances,
finding new sources for American made products,
and finding ways to detach from America.
And whereas before Bush took office,
there was a vast budget surplus,
America now depends upon cash input
from China, Japan and Saudi Arabia
to keep the government operating.
Obviously this can go on
only so long, before
the ***** hits the fan.
It will take many years for America
to earn back the trust and respect of the world.

That's an obvious unfounded fear. In retard science
if mathematicians can patent numbers, then companys
can certainly trademark O2.
Particulary since in Chemo-lex-crap, free Oxygen is not
even named O2.

Recently an other mobile phone company 'Orange', sued an airline
for using the color orange, and as we all know, Intel sues websites
that have the word 'inside' in them,.

Since Intel doesn't even hire people other
than tard chemists from Canada, it's not
really an Internet lawsuit. It's just another
San Franciso AIDS lawsuit before Intel
and Microsoft.

I SINCERLY hope IRAN N. KOREA RUSSIA FRANCE and any other nuclear
power flattens the US so we finally get rid of the lawyer species

that

has evolved there, and the crazy notion that you can 'patent' or

'own' words.

PLEASE nuke these guys PLEASE NOW NOW NOW.
Before it is too late.
I hereby patent the words nuke, please, now, and asap.
