If it's published in the Sun it must be true.
Just surprised they didn't spot the tracks left by a quad bike at the bottom

Except that the Soviets were monitoring Apollo missions very closely
(for obvious reasons) and after Communism collapsed they made those
records public to some extent. The TV signals showing the astronauts
on the Moon did indeed originate on the Moon.

if this argument that you're proposing proves anything, it's that
there is a single world government that is keeping the damp masses in
the dark about all kinds of things...
they want you to believe that there are communist countries and
democratic countries and this one hates that one...
But it's all a scam to keep the world from really exploding if the
truth were ever to be revealed...!!!

Kook logic is immune to facts. When the conspiracy
fantasies in their heads stand refuted by evidence,
the kooks conclude the evil plot is even bigger. The
better the case against their delusions, the more
powerful the diabolical forces must be, to make the
facts appear so convincing.
A conspiracy theory can explain anything.

Russia at the time had no such fly-by-rocket landers for other than
accomplishing those one-way hard/impact landings upon our physically
dark and extremely dusty moon, and as cold-war partners in our mutual
crimes against humanity, they certainly had no good reason(s) to spill
any of our NASA/Apollo beans.

It is cropped from a genuine photo. The 'man' is within a few feet of spirit and is very,
very tiny. The original photo is about 6378 x 1744 pixels
http://photojournal.jpl.nasa.gov/catalog/PIA10214
This panorama covers a scene spanning left to right from southwest to northeast. The
western edge of Home Plate is in the foreground, generally lighter in tone than the more
distant parts of the scene. A rock-dotted hill in the middle distance across the left
third of the image is "Tsiolkovski Ridge," about 30 meters or 100 feet from the edge of
Home Plate and about that same distance across. A bump on the horizon above the left edge
of Tsiolkovski Ridge is "Grissom Hill," about 8 kilometers or 5 miles away. At right, the
highest point of the horizon is "Husband Hill," to the north and about 800 meters or half
a mile away.
This view combines separate images taken through Pancam filters centered on wavelengths of
753 nanometers, 535 nanometers and 432 nanometers. It is presented in a false-color
stretch to bring out subtle color differences in the scene.

Not surprising, as they faked the Apollo Moon Missions too. The
funniest thing is that you idiots keep falling for it everytime
hahaha.
You use as evidence something published by the *Sun*????
It's a pity the Weekly World News is out of business. You could have
picked up even *more* convincing conspiracy evidence there. Right next
to the Bat-Boy and Elvis is Alive stories.
Schoenfeld, meet deep end. Deep end, meet Schoenfeld.

I believe it is a genuine photo but the scale of it is important -
it's probably the size of a matchbox so it's more likely to be an odd
looking stone.
The photo is a NASA photo. The commentary in the Sun is what is kooky.
Schoenfeld's embrace of the kooky Sun is what's psychotic.

Remember to account for the 180 degree field of vision. Such a
perspective projection gives a "fish-eye" effect, and scale/angle get
distorted slightly.
After color and blurring filters were applied, the alien looks like a
photo-set engineer walking down a slope.
Anyone that studies the Apollo record and the history of that
programme quickly comes to the obvious conclusion that the whole thing
was staged.
Looks like NASA is also staging the Mars missions.

Except that the Soviets were monitoring Apollo missions very closely
(for obvious reasons) and after Communism collapsed they made those
records public to some extent. The TV signals showing the astronauts
on the Moon did indeed originate on the Moon.
(That's leaving aside the impossibility of holding any "fakery" of
this type secret in principle. And that doesn't even mention the
obvious Soviet industrial espionage and bribery money which would have
been paid instantly to anyone at NASA willing to talk. Tell us, how
would any potential schemers even make sure nobody accepts such
bribes? The only solution would be imprisonment of all the engineers,
astronauts, secretaries, interns, janitors, etc., for life on a desert
island. NASA and the US would simply have _WAY_ too much to lose on
such an idiotic scheme.)
Looks like NASA is also staging the Mars missions.
Looks like you enjoy feeling privy to secrets - even of they are
nonsense.

haha, if they couldn't land on the moon or mars, how could they be
publishing newspapers on The Sun?

NOTE: To verify this is indeed a NASA picture, spot the martian in:
http://www.nasa.gov/images/content/207495main_Spirit.jpg
hint: bottom left corner
Are you smart enough to figure out that these pictures are of the
Australian desert?

The image at the address you supplied, when I typed it in manually,
just in case you screwed around with the URL, was obviously faked,
and poorly. I suggest everybody go look at it. Look at the truncated
vertical object in the middle-right. Obviously pasted on. The sky on
the right is pale blue. I thought the Martian sky appeared pink?
When I typed in part of the address, I got either
www.nasa.gov/home/...something...html or an error message
saying the page no longer exists or has been moved.
Somebody faked the address, didn't they? I wonder how
they did that? Anybody have any ideas?
