Jeez! Can you believe that there are no (count 'em no) articles posted to
the sci.plasma bbs. I knew that fusion was on the outs, but crikey, mate!
I need a good textbook chapter presenting the (linear) derivation of
twist/kink mode from the hydrodynamic and Maxwell's equations. Does
anybody know where I might find that info?
