Object: Negative Periodic Table ?
Is it possible that there is a negative version of the periodic table
with a different pattern / group / element properties ?
Since we have an element before Hydrogen, I think it's called
Tetraneutronium (4 neutrons, 0 protons) ... would it be plausible that
there is a universe of matter that goes in the opposite direction, into
the negative realm ?
(The obvious answer would be NO, but is it really?)

The evidence that such a thing exists is controversial.
The notion of calling it an element is a bit controversial as
well. It is the periodic table of the *chemical* elements,
and four neutrons would not produce any chemistry,
even if it were stable. There are no electrons, and chemistry
involves electrons.
In addition, even if this were to be labeled an element, then
it would be element 0, where Hydrogen is 1. What is getting
counted is the number of protons.

Nope. You can't have a negative number of protons. You could have
anti-protons, but that would be anti-matter, not a negative number
of protons. And replacing all the particles in an element with
anti-particles wouldn't produce a negative element but an anti-element.
You would not get a negative Hydrogen from an anti-proton and a
positron, but anti-Hydrogen.

What would the numbering be based on? What is the
nucleus of element -1?
If you want to count antiprotons, then antihydrogen
would be element -1 and it does already exist. It is
in fact being manufactured, a few atoms at a time, for
use in antimatter gravitational experiments.
But then your "negative periodic table" is just the
antimatter periodic table.
