I have a new concept about expantion of the univers and I'd like to

Firstly, re-write it in plain English, for example,
I have a new concept about the expansion of the universe and I would like to
publish it. Could someone be so good as to tell me how and where I should
publish it.
Next, I hope it is credible. Publish a draft on sci.math or sci.physics for
perusal or try the moderated '.research' et al.
Go down the library and seek out those journals on mathematical physics,
cosmology, theoretical physics.
If it has little credibility, try Geocities

Interesting thought. What's the physical size of the internet? I mean every
bit of data requires a certain physical space to store it - all those
magnetic domains etc

The cosmic expansion may have been driven by inflation early on
and is now experiencing accelerated expansion from a currently
not understood force we dub "dark energy".
