Particle/Atom Simulator? |
Is there any software for personal computers that can accurately simulate
particles and atoms according to the laws of quantum physics? Can you
simulate the chemical reactions between various compounds etc. using this
kind of simulation?

Yes. Well, depends on what exactly you mean by "accurately"... ;-)
For example, there are quite a lot of programs which can calculate
energy levels of electrons in molecules, bond lengths etc. See
e.g. here:

Yes. Not with the program above, AFAIK, but there are other programs
available for doing this (although I can't give a reference at first
thought).
