Here is a list of people who dislike Brown, for one reason or another.
Since a complete list would be extensive, this is but a small sample. A
brief, opinionated biography of each poster will be added as it is

Bilge:
Bilge is one of the most learned and verbose posters. Unlike many others,
Bilge takes the time to correct Brown's errors. However, frustration with
Brown's repeated backpedaling and lying often leaves even Bilge reduced to
short (but clever) insults.

Michael Varney:
Mike is a physics graduate student at the University if Colorado and is
one
of the posters who Brown attacked at his place of employment and study.
Not
only did Brown call up Mike's advisors, but he called and wrote the dean
of
CU. Brown also wrote CNN, the FBI and his local congressman about Varney!
Varney is one of the few posters on this group that seem to be able to
"hit
the right buttons" with various crackpots in such a manner as to get them
to
attack him in his personal life. Why Varney thinks this is a good idea is
a
mystery.
One is not sure quite what to think of Varney. It is obvious from some of
his posts that he is quite knowledgeable in physics and many other topics,
but he rarely makes the effort to argue straight physics with those he
perceives as cranks. Having read many of his posts, it seems to be clear
that he thinks any such physics arguments with cranks is a waste of his
time
as the crank will not learn anything by his efforts.
Bingo.
Although this is
correct, Varney misses the point in that others who read the exchange may
learn something.
Perhaps.
Varney is also quite blunt and crude, and does not
hesitate to make use of any weapon in is self proclaimed "war on
crackpots".
No quarter.
Perhaps Varney will take this as it is intended and change his posting
habits.
Perhaps. Being angry all the time probably takes more energy and effort
than posting "real physics".
