Thanx for the tip! It is already something. The problem that I live now
in such a country (UKRAINE), where the Prime Minister is a criminal, so
it's very hard to do any justice at all!

It is practically impossible to "just publish" such a thing!
Big boys in big journals like Phys.Review simply will let that
happen: I do not belong to the Big Boys Network, which is now
simply wasting tax payers money, and producing nothing important
for many many years!
They will most likely just steal my idea and say "thank you".
