Last time I derived:
1) E = (h/k)Fv, v velocity, E energy of Universe
Taking this equation as applicable to Dark Energy, and recalling that
in the derivation I used the fundamental equations:
2) E = hf = h/T, f frequency, T period, dimension of h = ML^2 T^(-1)
3) F = k/L
the dimensions of k are:
4) [k] = [F][L] = MLT^(-2)L = ML^2T^(-2)
and the dimensions of h/k are:
5) [h/k] = (ML^2 T^(-1))/[FL] = (MLT^(-1))/(MLT^(-2)) = T
We can now check that E = (h/k)Fv is dimensionally homogeneous, after
noting that:
6) Fv = P (power), [P] = [F/T] = MLT^(-3)
So we get:
7) [E] = [h/v][P] = TML^2 T^(-3) = ML^2 T^(-2) as is required.
The equation:
8) E = (h/v)P
is the Fundamental Equation of Dark Matter and the Universe's
acceleration/expansion.
