From Osher Doctorow

B. G. Sidharth of International Institute for Applicable Mathematics
and Information Sciences, India, has 131 papers in arXiv and numerous
books and papers in journals, many of which relate gravitation and
electromagnetism, including his "Gravitation as a 'weak
electromagnetism' and other issues," physics/0407067 v1 13 Jul 3004,
12 pages.
It's a bit beyond my bedtime here, so I'll leave it to the reader to
read the paper (I already have), just mentioning that he amasses quite
a variety of indications from known physics equations for the
gravitation-electromagnetism relationship, including known equations
that have hitherto not been explained, and he also refers to
Sakharov's theories. The paper is easy reading and may in fact make
many converts to these ideas if they bother to read it.
Sidharth strikes me as a Creative Genius and Nonconformist even at
this time of night, which may explain why quite a few of his papers
are in chaos/fractal journals (a definitely Nonconformist area until
at least recently), but also may explain why Physics Review and a few
journals like that didn't publish him. Despite the snobbery of some
our USA Ingenious Imitators who believe that peer-review is God's gift
to the planet, peer-review in very prestigious USA journals still
tends to miss the Nonformists and Creative Geniuses left and right.
Oh well, it's only life. Better luck the next time around if any.

I meant to type 2004, not 3004. Oh well, maybe I'm on to
something! :>)
