From Osher Doctorow
We have seen in the previous Section 106.1 that the rotation of H + E
is Caused by time change of E and of charge density via the Curl
operation and Probable Influence/Causation, but we can also establish
via the Divergence (Expansion) Operation that Charge Density by itself
Causes Expansion of H + E. By adding Maxwell's equations we obtain:
1) Div(H + E) = rho, where rho is Charge Density
So by subtraction and then adding 1 to both sides:
2) Div(H + E) - rho + 1 = 1
or:
3) P(rho --> Div(H + E)) = 1
So Charge really is Fundamental as argued in previous Sections. Even
if Magnetic Charge (Monopoles) were added to Maxwell's Equations, the
only change would be that rho (Electric Charge Density) would be
replaced by rho + Magnetic Charge Density.
