Buy 100,000 acres of brazil at 20 bucks per acre and grow coffie and
make 10 mil a year.
find a market and dont buy stock ,,,buy the bulk and sell it. Sell it
befor you buy it knowing where and how much secures your deal.
Find 100 acres of maple trees andadd the trees up per board foot and
see if the trees wll pay for evrything and still make you rich.

so may ships I dont realy know the true value any more.

But I don't need to make more money; I need good tax shelter to
protect the income I already have!
Now maybe if I could buy that ship and convert it to have a
refrigerated cargo hold, then depreciate the whole thing as a
"refrigerator" on a seven-year schedule.....!!!!!

If you nead to protect your money then you nead to make real money.
Buy all that amish hardwoods at 25 cents a foot. Buy a whare house and
fill the sob up.

You better make 3 bucks a foot when you cash all that into market.
