As it stands now, you grenhouse, CO2Phobiacs ply your demented
obsession against an unsuspected public. It is your choosing where you
have your court battles, and you intimidate and choose who will be your
scientific opposition.
But you have a terrific problem in that you are not based in direct
science. You have only theoretical science. Some theory of 'absorption
of irs', by carbon dioxide. As a matter of fact, your theoretical
applications of physics are also false. There are no 'grenhouse' gases
in the atmosphere that affect temperature at all. It is clinically
insane to calim that .0004 or .0001 or .000001 concentrations of CO2
affect earth's temperature at all. But you want to affect peoples lives
and money's according to your belief.
If you get CO2 defined as a pollution, there will not be a gradual
implementaion of restricitons as you wish people to believe. There will
be a full scale legal assault against our economy and our lifestyles by
the insane lunatics of CO2Phobia and the corrupt assholes that wish
only to profit. If you succed in getting this direct civil conflict
started, you will not remain in your fantasy realm of reasoning,
unscathed.
In the meantime, any of the science you present in court should be
scrutinized for the fraud that it is. There are plenty of people that
believe in UFO's. Is this enough to pass laws affecting all of our
lives regarding UFO defense? Should we all quit our everyday activity
and build fortifications for the impending alien attack because of the
references to the people that believe this may happen? References to
academic professionals that believe in AGW, have no more scientific
merit. At some point you will face reckoning for your criminal assault
upon the public.
