The photon is created, you mean. It's not entirely clear to me
why that photon is created, admittedly -- but it is created.
You poor misinformed dummy. I have repeatedly explained to you people what,
where, why, how, the making of a photon.
The photon isn't the electron jumping from orbit to orbital level releasing
a photon. The Photon is an interaction EM field in the Smart neutral particles.
When excessive energy is absorbed , a photon is released to keep the particle
or atom in a state of constant resonance to keep the mass constant in a
particle or an atom. The photon helix spiral field has no mass, that's why when
it collides with something, it's field disintergrates. Photons operate only
when energy in transferred to a particle or atom. That's why when you turn a
light off in your house, all photons disappear.
I can't believe how far behind you people are in physics.

Intence waves can be intence waves in any energy pressure over 0.
The intence waves add someto the low but its the low that forms around
mass that changes the energy presure of space.
a cold rock looks like a warm rock and evrything is color by the mass
of the low is the orbit it will take as the orbit will decide how much
energy is lost in the exchange.
At the same time wave interactions decide and its the sum of all

So the energy level of a electron may not qualifie as being an electron
BUT any charge is wave interactions from the intence waves made by the
motions of any partical of less enpansion than the universe.
