The cells are called "osteoblasts" and are common in many vertebrates.

Thanks, I will have to look them up to see if there is any "inverse or reverse"
relationship between sclerenchyma and osteoblasts. I suspect there is one
immediate inverse in that sclerenchyma is based on the element carbon whereas
osteoblasts is dependent on calcium.
As the years go by, I will add to the Quantum Duality between plants and animals
in that these two biological kingdoms are Macro quantum duals much like the
particle is a micro quantum dual to wave. And that the kingdoms of biology in
the final analysis is based on macro-quantum-duality definition.
