Yes one or two of your masters do indeed describe the variability of
the speed of light quantitatively:

derivation of the (variable) speed of light in a gravitational
potential, eqn (3). The result is,
c' = c0 ( 1 + V / c^2 )
where V is the gravitational potential relative to the point where the
speed of light c0 is measured."
However many of your masters, e.g. Master Tom Roberts and Master Steve
Carlip, although constantly suggesting that the speed of light varies
with the gravitational potential, never give the respective equation.
What could be the reason?

There is no such thing, except in your head. And if there's nothing
wrong with you and it's everybody else, then why (1) are you on this
