I tried to mix cockney with deep Sarf or Cajun and it didn't work,
huh:-)
I doubt I'll ever know Ebonics.
My car was in for service and I had to use CMU library in Pittsburgh.
What did amaze me were two young black men on the bus referring
to each other as "nigga". After that I ceased to use the bus, which
I suppose encourages ethnic separation, but no way was I about to
partake in their banter.
