Because the show is political indoctrination. And holds no surprises.

ticket. While the shows creator, Rob Laurie, might make the claim that
the show will be 'politically balanced', you will not find that such is
the case.

You know you are being spoon-fed by the media when Eleanor Clift,
Newsweek columnist and crypto-socialist, said that of the new series
that, "It's so idealistic, calling us to a higher purpose". (Eleanor,
are you aware that you are talking about a tv series?)
In the first show an advisor to Geena Davis remarked that the moving
the Republican Speaker of the House to the Whitehouse would be, "... a
return to book burning, creationism in the classroom, and invading
every third world country." Sure. That sounds like a balanced
political series.
