Object: Relativistic energy and mass
The energy of a mass m is given by Einstein's equation of the Enery,
E=mc^2, where "c" is the speed of light.
However, what would happen when we put that mass m, for example, into
water?
The speed of light in water is different of the speed of light in
vacuum, so, provided that energy "E" is constant, will the mass m
increase? or "c" is always the speed of light in vaccum?

No, and here is the misconception.
c is rather the universal limiting speed.
It happens that light travels at the limiting speed in a vacuum, but
that is irrelevant for the formula above.

speed.

PD Light (photons) never change speed Going through water they travel a
greater distance. It takes photons 100.000 years to go from core to the
Sun's Surface. They use the proper theory here Absorbed and emitted
