At the life time of Maxwell, there was no such technical term or the
mysterious
kingdom of condensed-matter physics, at the low temp. such as 1.5 Kelvin for
IQHE.
However, the British physicist, James Clerk Maxwell ( AD 1831 to 1879 )
already
knew the ( inherent electron resistance ) as h/ e^2 = 25812 Ohms. This
article
is not to criticize Professor Klaus von Klitzing in Germany for IQHE, but to
help
him getting more academic credit, which is related the Balmer muon existing
between
the layers of Si.O2 and Si in his experimental setup.
Tsengs' physics has 3 articles in relation as below,

From literature: ( Handbook of physics, 1977 ed. by B. Yavorsky and A.
Detlaf ),
section 30.6.1 ( page 618), as below,
[ Law of conservation of electric charge, by Maxwell] says,
Electric current ( Ampere unit) = - ( Coulomb e)/ ( time in second),
or, Electric current ( Ampere unit) = -(Coulomb e ) *( frequency in Hz
unit).
Example: One electron has ( 1 Coulomb e), and the ( inherent volt of
electron ) is
3.636*10^-6 volt, which will have 3.636*10^-6 *e/h ( in Hz unit), which in
turn, to
multiply ( 1 Coulomb e), leading to , ( 3.636*10*-6 )*e^2/h ( in Ampere
unit),
which is equal to 3.636*10^-6 volt/ z Ohm ( in Ampere unit),
so to solve, z= h/e^2 ( in Ohm unit), or 25812.8058723 Ohms.
Accordingly, the Maxwell equation is enough to deduct the ( inherent
electrical
resistance of 1 electron ) as h/e^2, or 25812 Ohm, which completely depends
on the
constants of h and e.
Although the inherent magnetism of electron is 3030 Gauss, the experimental
grid
magnetism ( applied from outside for experimental setup ) seems to have the
general
trend according to the graphs of several textbooks as below,
1.5 Tesla ( for h/ 8e^2), 3 Tesla ( for h/4e^2), 4T( h/3e^2), 6T(h/2e^2),
12T
(h/e^2 for 1 electron), 18T ( h/0.666e^2), and 30T( h/0.4e^2).
From above, the IQHE experiment ( for integer y =8 to 1) only needs ( 1.5T
to 12 T).
We do not know if 18T to 28 T will help improving the precision rate or not
?
To obtain the integer result of h/ 1*e^2 = 25812 Ohm, the appropriate value
of grid
magnetism must be tested and found during the IQHE experiment. If the
improper value
of grid magnetism is applied, there will be no integer plateau found for the
integer
y value in h/ y*e^2. But if any one plateau has y as integer, then all the
other
plateaus must have y as integers. This peculiar phenomenon must depend on
the setup
of special layers of material ( Si.O2 and Si), rather than on the contants
of h
and e.
Henceforth, there must be some physics particle ( suggested as Balmer muon )
to be
very special in the setup. ( such as, 1 Balmer muon to contribute 2
diametrical
electrons for y=2, and 4 Balmer muons to contribute 8 electrons for y=8.)
Note: To use the higher value of Tesla may not be necessary. But to use the
higher
grid voltage may help improving the precision rate, such as 3.4 volt for
h/4e^2 to
get 4.277 ppm precision rate, and 10 volt for h/4e^2 to get the better
precision
rate 1.454 ppm.
Physics Remarks:
Retrogradely speaking, many inventions are easy. As information coming from
the
street talk, some small country tries to develop the rocket program, but the
rocket
always fails in the test site of desert. Then, anonymous phone call comes
from
Ho-Chih-Minh city to need the etching method by strong acid ( such as HCl,
H.N.O3,
etc) in the fuel to get the right internal shape of the exhaust cylinder,
which is
related to the mechanical location of the firing point.
After the success of rocket program, the country sends satellites to the sky
for
orbiting the earth in hope of communication purpose without success. One big
foreign
power suggests to buy the supercomputer. Buying one computer after another,
the
satellite is too high to be seen or communicable, perhaps the satellite is
like the
rolling stone in the sky even after the purchase of 20 computers. Then,
again,
the anonymous phone call comes from Ho-Chih-Minh city to need the
propeller for satellite stability. The merchant of anonymous
phone call does not like to float on the surface to receive
any public thanks. Apparently, God helps the not-so-powerful country and
people.
The said country has a lot of big mountains with the richest reserve of
rocket
material , such as the light metal of Titanium. So, now the people of the
whole
country are so happy.
Another example, Prof. A.L. Schawlow ( 1981 Nobel physics) in Sept., 1959,
used the
setup of ruby crystal between the 2 mirrors for the laser production without
success,
then why there was the need of time ( 9 months) till June, 1960 for Prof. T.
H.
Maiman to succeed by using the larger Watt of lamp to stimulate the ruby
crystal ?
Is the contribution of Prof. Maiman not important for Nobel prize ?
Progressively speaking, why Prof. von Klitzing does not know the more golden
treasures
in his own IQHE technology for the discovery of Balmer muon ?
Is Prof. von Klitzing worth another Nobel prize, like
Prof. Bardeen ( Nobel physics 1956 and 1972) ?
