rotations piezo system |
Hi all,
i'm looking for a system able to make rotations with a resolution of 2
microradiants or less. Probably a system based on piezo will work
fine. Do you have any suggestion about a manufacturer of those
systems ?
Many thanks,
Andrea

Interesting. What are the existing bearings like?

2 microradians at what radius? Do you need an interferometer or a
shaft encoder?
