Make that http://www.roulette.gmxhome.de/
"And with the help of our downloadable software you can turn your own
win32-system into a powerful roulette prediction machine."
Since you have easy access to any number of professional European
roulette installations - Monte Carlo casino in Monaco comes to mind if
you like to work at scale - reduction to practice seems to be both
obvious and self-financing.
Anybody can spew theory. Look at M-theory (or Sarfatti as an
especially egregious example). The trick is to have theory be utterly
non-predictive. As soon as you are constrained by real world results
you must be competent. That is why only the best folks become
synthetic chemists.
So, does it work in the real world?

Have you found it useful? If you are so smart, why aren't you rich and
why are you telling us about this?
