The second excited level for
electrons a là Galaxy Model
should be a 16 member ring
rotating at 5 and precessing at 2.
Any guesses how many petals?
I say 40.

Would that be the 2s or the 2p level?

I really wish you would answer
that question, Franz.
Meanwhile here is a picture
