Shares anyone? |
Hi,
Right now, we are forming a software company called Rake
Software,LLC. Suresh Devanathan (President) owns 33% share of the
company. Eva Devanathan (Vice President) owns 33%+1 share of the
company. And about 33% is available for ownership. We will either
sell shares to potential investors or pay employees some money and
shares worth up to some monetary value. If you happen to be

Yeah, that and a lot of stuff you've probably never heard of.
But since I've put a lot of effort into ensuring compliance with
state and federal law in my LLC, I'm not about to get involved with
someone that looks like an indictment about to happen.

In most states, a LLC with a President and Vice-president is a corportation,
not a partnership.
A partnership has Members.
I would think the first expert you need to hire is a lawyer that works
LLC law.

I mean if you have no cashflow, no product, no customers, but you give me
