Object: Sleep Hibernation in Deep Swimming
This is a physics posting because I like sci.physics.
In deep diving it is a common technique to try to slow the physiology
to allow deeper diving on one breath.
As the person trys to allow slowing the person allows a kind a. A
kind off, called relaxation, not true animal hibernation. Animal in
the winter may hibernate. Here is the method for human hibernation,
taught by zen master and such.
1. Focus the eyes to two feet, this is the "turn on" stage.
2. Go to sleep while focusing.
As sleep hibernation was the small egos request, ie, your request and
the larger ego or super ego or autonomic must reply a super ego must
also be instructed to correctly initiate hibernation.
1. A single node of the pancreatic nerve allows initiation.
Stimulate it largely and relatively reduce all activity elsewhere.
2. Elsewhere means also the heart, slow it also for lower pancreatic
nerve usage means higher heart rate.
An electric stimulation artifically of the pancreatic nerve is found
to initiate true human hibernation. Just be careful to not destroy
the nerve at the connection.
Here is a correct nerve connection. PLace a thin wire into the nerve,
such as a healing wire of zen, and then use alphas to stimulate. Use
alpha particle current to charge the wire and stimulate!!!
A safe low charge is afforded, no fancy electronics to make mistakes
with!!
As performance goes a one hour below the water time is allowed between
breaths, using true hibernation.
Slow one hour breathing is common in bears in winter. A factor of
1000 slowing is common in physilogy. Bears also use 100 as a slow
method to allow awareness of intruders to the cave.
So in deep professional swiMMing I introduce the helium-neon world.
Many swimmers use it for 1000 foot submarine warning and execution
diving. Scuba using 15 minute dives on helium-neon allows pressure
free swimming almost. 700 foot scuba with a three hundred foot drop
line places explosive charges on most executed submarines.
Helium-neon for 15 minutes requires a weighted decent always. And the
swimmer then falls in two minutes, swims at depth for 15 minutes, then
rises on full hibernation. Methadone is also use to enhance swimmers
performance.
So beware deep sitting submariners.

Zen's about awakening, not hibernation. Maybe it could teach you
something.
